How do I place an order that I want to pick up?
When placing your order, enter “FOR PICK UP AT STORE” or something similar into the “shipping instructions” box. We will not charge you shipping and will call you when your order is ready to pick up.
How do I place an order by mail?
Print out your order form before submitting your order and mail form along with payment to:

For mailed in orders, we accept personal checks, company checks or money orders (must clear bank before shipping) as payment. If you would like to use your credit card for a mail order, please call us at 937-236-5233. Please do not mail in any credit card information.

If I need to return an item or items, what should I expect?
- All returns are subject to inspection within 7 business days of receipt of item(s).
- We will not accept any product that appears to have been used, unless there is a valid warranty issue.
- Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.
- Parts returned more than 90 days from the purchase date may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Please return items in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Please obtain insurance for your shipment from the shipping carrier before returning.
- Custom or special order parts may not be returned.
- Hazardous materials may not be returned.
